  • 01 How long are the videos?
    We have designed the videos to be approximately 10 to 15 minutes in length
  • 02 Will I be able to play these on a Mac or PC?
    Yes. So long as you have Quicktime installed these videos will be able to play on any platform.
  • 03 I need Quicktime to play the videos?
    YES, You will need to install Quicktime
  • 04 Do I need iTunes to watch the videos?
    NO, but we recommend you use iTunes.
  • 05 Why do you recommend iTunes to download and view the files?
    We suggest you install iTunes as you'll be able to download multiple videos at once and it will help you organize the videos better. Plus you'll be able to take the videos with you if you have a video iPOD that syncs with iTunes. Please note, your video's will appear in itunes, in the podcast section.
  • 06 Where can I get Quicktime?
    Click on this link: http://www.apple.com/quicktime/download/ to be taken to the Quicktime download page. Here you'll be able to download and install Quicktime on the computer you wish to view?
  • 07 Will these videos work on any video iPOD?
    Yes. These videos will work on any of the video iPODs as well as the new iPhone.
  • 08 Will the videos be compatible with MP3 Players?
    Yes. These videos are compatible with MP3 Players that are able to play Quicktime format.
  • 09 What happens if I have trouble playing the files?
    Make sure you have the latest version of Quicktime is installed. You will not be able to play the videos in Windows Media Player.
  • 10 Why Quicktime?
    Quicktime produces better results with smaller files sizes and allows you to sync and play on your video iPOD or iPhone.
  • 11 How long should it take to download a video?
    The videos are between 30MB to 40MB and will take between 5 - 10 min per video on a standard Broadband connection. NOTE: Other activity on your network, such as if you are sharing your connection with other computers, may have an impact on the speed you will be able to download the video files.
  • 12 How long do I have to download the videos?
    For security reasons we give you 48 hours from the time of purchase to download the videos files. Please make sure you download these to your computer immediately after purchasing.
